Hi, I’m Ian Mackay. I’ve got loads of experience in the field of dog training and behaviour. One area I specialize in is helping out reactive and even aggressive dogs. I’m based near Basingstoke, Hampshire, in the UK. The methods I use are all about ‘dog listening’. Basically, this means understanding that there’s always a reason behind a dog’s actions.
